"What is a Ghost?" The word 'ghost' comes from the word 'gust' as in a gust of wind - in the old days the word gust was used to describe the breath of God and from that we get the expression The Holy Ghost (Holy Breath of God) which breathes life into us all. These days the word ghost is used to describe a figure of a person that has died but which can still be seen. A ghostly presence is an imprint in time and it will be seen to do the same thing at the same time such as walking down a staircase or through a door. It never interacts with anyone, it never moves away from the scene and it cannot be contacted in any way as it is just a shadow - a bit like a hologram but trapped in a time warp. Ghosts are often confused with Spirit presences, the difference is that Spirits can move from place to place, are not constrained by time and can be contacted.

"Are there such things as evil Spirits?" Yes. Over the last couple of years I have seen an upturn in people coming to me with problem psychic attachments. These Spirits are 'lower' entities which for one reason or another have not progressed to the higher life and which are stuck in the etheric plane.  In my experience not all of these lower entities are human souls - I am not sure of their origin but I do know that they are not very nice!These entities can cause problems for vulnerable or impressionable souls and can be very frightening. They gain their strength from this fear and negatitivity and can become stronger. They become psychic vampires tormenting their victim and sapping their strength to the point where many feel physically ill. Many of these psychic attachments have happened as a consequence of taking part in activities such as Ghost Hunts which have become very popular entertainments. Although these events may seem like harmless fun at the time, they can unleash undesirable and potentially harmful spirit activity. Working with Spirit is not a game and should not be taken lightly! Only attend these activities if you know that the people running them are qualified, that they understand the importance of psychic protection and have put the necessary protections in place and that they are qualified to deal with any unwanted psychic intrusion that may occur as a consquence of their event.
